Payment & Late Policy

Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Any balance remaining unpaid for more than 7 calendar days after the payment due date will be considered delinquent. A late charge of up to 5% of the outstanding balance may be assessed in accordance with applicable Virginia law.

Invoices remaining unpaid for 60 days may accrue interest at the applicable legal rate. Delinquent accounts may be referred for collection or legal action.

The customer agrees to be responsible for court costs and reasonable collection or enforcement costs to the extent recoverable under the customer’s agreement and applicable Virginia law.

By approving an estimate, scheduling services, or otherwise accepting services from The Shine Doctor Detailing, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the applicable payment terms provided with their service agreement.
